\nThe itinerary includes a visit to the fortified village of Costa di Mezzate with early medieval origins in a strategic panoramic position. The progenitor of the family that owned this property was Alberto degli Albertoni of the Capitani di Vertova, who represented the Lombard League in Lodi.
\nThe visit continues to the nearby Torre degli Zoppi<\/a>, a 12th-century defensive structure that belonged to the fortified complex known as \u201cRasetto\u201d, owned by the noble Bergamo Zoppi family, a symbol of the village along with the castle.<\/p>\n
